Bob Jones Martial Arts system includes a variety of styles incorporating Zen Do Kai Freestyle Martial Arts, BJMA Kickboxing, Kidz Kickstart Karate and BJMA Krav Maga.

All of our instructors have been and are regularly tested at the highest level to ensure a consistent national standard.  This ensures all our members receive up-to-date training across all styles.

Working with a freestyle philosophy ensures all students are able to progress at their own pace.  We recognise we are all individuals with different goals and aspiriations in the martial arts whether it be for fitness, weight loss, social, self-defence or competitive combat.  There is something for everyone in the BJMA family and everyone is welcome!
